Cousins - 2012

I'm the firstborn (notice I didn't say "oldest") of 3 girls.  Lisa was soon after me and then Trisha came along when I was 6.  We're spread all over the South now.  I'm in Coastal Georgia, Lisa's in the Atlanta area and Trisha's in Northern Virginia.  Both of my girls are in Virginia also.

We all made it to Lisa's in May to celebrate her son's High School Graduation.  It was wonderful to gather our children & the first of the grandchildren (all mine at the moment) for this picture.

From left to right - Trisha's Brit, Lisa's Wesley, Lisa's Jamie, Jamie is holding my Traci's Jennifer, my Traci (holding her Samantha), my Ginger (holding her Landon), Trisha's Bobby and Trisha's Kiersten.

To those of you still raising your families and working out those family dynamics - don't give up, don't give in.  I can promise you that each and every book read, concert attended, ball game watched, science project turned in is SO worth it!

Thanks for visiting & letting me share my pride and joys with you!  Reia

Thanks for sharing the family pics. Too cute & I followed the dynamics. I too am from Georgia, actually in Atlanta. I'm your newest follower from the Harvest of Friends hop.

Your family is beautiful! I am raising three kids, one seven-year old boy, and two girls aged 16 (she is already a college freshman!) and 14. I still have my share of chaos, but not as much as when they were all younger!

Frugal in WV (http://wvfrugal-wvsaver.blogspot.com/) - we really did have a great Thanksgiving! How about you?

I've been seeing the lovely food you've created. I can almost smell it every time.

Thanks for following me! I'm following you now also and enjoying what you've written already. I look forward to what you'll write in the future.

Glad you were able to follow my explanation of which sister the cousins belong to. :-) I couldn't think of a good way without putting arrows, etc. and making the photo look like a football game screen.

Thanks again!

Marie - (www.mommyunwired.com) - thanks! Sounds like you have your hands full. I was always thankful for every year that passed with Traci & Ginger because we could do more together.

Traci (with the two little girls) told me this Thanksgiving was so much better since Jennifer's 4 and Samantha's almost 2. They actually enjoyed the family gathering with Peter's family.

BTW - I love your blog and am looking forward to your future posts! :-)
