It seems like just yesterday that she was born...
Learned to walk, talk, watch TV (with her 1 year older sister, Traci)...
She's always been a lot of fun to be around...
...and still is.
Now she has her own family with her husband, Adam and...
Landon who came along 3.5 years ago.
He's just as cute and funny as his parents.
She's a really good mom to Landon.
I'll leave you with the picture I took last summer while we were sitting at the steps of a hotel pool. Looking at my daughter's feet beside my grandson's little feet just hit me as precious. So - being a mom - I took this picture to remember that special moment.
Ginger has added so much to my life and I know how blessed I am.
She's my heart walking around outside of my body and I love her.
Thanks for visiting on Ginger's Birthday! Reia

Gorgeous family and now I am following your daughters blog via GFC.
Marie from http://www.mommyunwired.com/ - thanks and I thought the sight of the little feet next to his mom's was pretty special.
Hey, I bought a programmable coffee maker yesterday and thought of you. Now when I have to get up Sunday morning to get ready to play my early service - the coffee is waiting for me. (My husband is really happy about it also.) :-)

Miranda M. from http://prettysquared.blogspot.com/ - thanks! We've been through a lot of rough patches but we always came through them. I have a lot of happy pictures and I know exactly what you mean.
Omigosh Reia she's such a doll! Went over to follow her but totally forgot to wish her happy birthday. Guess I'll have to go back! You sound like such a pround mama. Happy birthday to your not so little anymore girl!
Katie~
Katie from http://dysfunctionsjunction.com/ - thanks! She was my "fire brand" and I'm thankful to say we all made it through the process of her growing up. :-) You're right - I am a really proud mama! Thanks for your comment! Reia - PS I love your post about your grownup "kid". I'll leave a comment in a few minutes.
love, love, love this post. Happy birthday to Ginger (my mom's name, btw). Looks like she hit the Mom jackpot.
Terri from http://pushingonarope.com/ - thanks! The name Ginger has been a perfect fit for her. So glad that we each have a "Ginger" in our lives.
She was born in the time that you didn't know what you were having and I wanted another girl SO much. When she was born, her hair matched her "Ginger" name so it was like getting a double present.
Also - thanks for your great blog. I love reading each and every post. Reia
